Hey Everyone!

If you visit Florida, where there are literally thousands and thousands of coconut trees, you better be careful.

It is safer to go to Newtown than walk along a street where there are coconut trees! There are no coconut trees in Newtown.

"Falling coconuts kill 150 people worldwide each year, 15 times the number of fatalities attributable to sharks."

The Straight Dope: Are 150 people killed each year by falling coconuts?

In fact, you may be better swimming in a shark tank, than walking near a coconut trees!

This is not funny at all. Coconuts have feelings too and they probably feel left out knowing they are not affordable in Newtown

Next time I go to Laishley's Crab House - I'm bringing my coconut with me! They better think twice about poor service then - I tell ya!

Default The Revenge Of The Coconut Palm.......

Years ago on the small Island of Moorea by Tahiti I really, truly witnessed the following: At a lagoonside tiki bar, a fellow was sipping a lovely rum drink served in a coconut shell, while sitting under a coconut palm. Suddenly he konked over, everyone chuckled thinking he'd had one to many. On a second glance we saw a bit of blood on his head and a coconut in the pod next to him. Medics were called and eventually he was OK!! Well as OMW said "plants have feelings too". Perhaps the Coconut Palm was outraged seeing one of her offspring used as a serving vessel for the devil rum!! Moral of the story drink beer under Coconut Palms.
There is indeed danger surrounding us everywhere, but soon we will have virtual reality, and safely hook up to our TV's in the safety of our homes, except for the occasional alligator in the bathroom.
