Morning everyone! Riverview . I am trying to find a nice sub that is tropical looking (palm trees, nice flowers/plants) and family friendly but have no idea what city I should be looking in. I have vacationed in Anna Maria for years however can not afford anything on the water. Sarasota is beautiful but I fear the drive is to far.I am seeking low crime, good schools, tropical family home 3+ bedrooms under $250,000. Should I stay away from short sales?

How much of a commute can you tolerate? Riverview is kind of rural and east. The tropical look you desire is going to be further west near beaches.
