Really? No Lyme docs? I guess that's good news in a way, I have heard that Lyme is in all states everywhere but maybe not in FL so much...ok, anyone know a doc who will prescribe whatever antibiotics I need??

If you are willing to drive an hour North of Sarasota I would recommend a good natural doctor Doctor Carlos Garcia in Oldsmar, Fl. I go to him for chelation therapy. he also has a big alternative cancer tratment following. I am sure he could help you.

from what i understand lyme is pretty much unheard of in florida. since it originated in connecticut i guess it hasnt migrated this far south. i think the diagnosis is the difficult part. treatment should be pretty straight forward by a competent infectious disease dr.

I know this is an old post, but PM me if you are still in need. For those who are not aware, Lyme is very common to contract in Florida, not so common to treat competently, because many people believe it hasn't gotten here yet.
