It is obvious that the banks have have used the foreclosure process to fatten their accounts, and the government has held them hostage.

They have leveraged the investors that bought their bad loans to even pay more for servicing their accounts, by not sending the foreclosures on to the market for resale. They also pressure the home owners who borrow money from them with all these huge fees as well when the home owners fall behind - even a little.

I have noticed a lot of foreclosures being listed in North Port lately from Bank of America. My buyer has put an offer on two of them and didn't get either. One had 16 offers and the other had 18 offers. He is pre-approved from Bank of America too.

oh the games bac plays,our house we purchased in november was a short sale there was inhouse fighting between two bac depts,one wanted to get it done the other said screw it let it go into foreclosure ( just another ploy to get more $) it didn't work we told them to keep it,that lasted about a week and when they saw we meant business they finally caved in.
