Hi. Looking for a safe condo or apt. rental for a young woman that is close to Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Rent has to be around $700 a month.

How close is close? There is an apt complex on Fruitville and Tuttle called TimberChase that is about a 10 minute drive during the day to get to SMH and I consider it to be safe. If you're looking for a 1/1 then you can probably get it in that price range. Anything closer to the hospital will have to be places that people own (condo's or houses), because there are no apt complexes over there.

I'm desperately looking for a roommate so I can get out of my apartment.
I want to downsize.
I'm a young professional, I work a full-time job and I have a part time business I run. I don't have any pets and am very accepting and easy to get along with.
As far as me being an okay person, I'd be happy to verify my information with you. I work for the local government and had to go through fingerprinting and a background check in order to get my job. To benefit my business and make people more comfortable I also got a background check through the Department of Justice.
