First I was going to make a joke about the ratio of pedestrians getting hit by vehicles vs. the amount of retirees driving around... then I was going to ask why in the heck this guy doesn't spend more energy in getting out of the state if he hates it so much... then I decided I had thought about this ranting, extreme guy's POV which I find that I don't actually care much about.
