you can attend any function wearing shorts and a tank top.
The 4 seasons are: tolerable, hot, really hot, and ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!
you discover that in July, it takes only 2 fingers to drive your car.
you discover that you can get a sunburn through your car window.
you notice the best parking place is determined by shade instead of distance.
hot water now comes out of both taps.
it's noon in July, kids are on summer vacation, and not one person is out on the streets.
you actually burn your hand opening the car door.
you break a sweat the instant you step outside at 7:30 a.m. before work.
no one would dream of putting vinyl upholstery in a car or not having air conditioning.
your biggest bicycle wreck fear is, "What if I get knocked out and end up lying on the pavement and cook to death?"
you realize that asphalt has a liquid state.

Yes! and in Arizona your last point would read: "You realize that asphalt has states other than liquid only if you've ever been outside Arizona".

Absolutely! We moved here from AZ and I swore I woudl never complain about the heat again after leaving Goodyear, AZ. When we left the temp read 121!!!!! I grew up in FL and never saw a temp like that. Someone told me once they had to close down the airport because the tarmat was melting.

This reminded me of last week here in Wisconsin. It was REALLY miserable. I have a convertible with black leather interior. When I park in my work parking lot, I not only put a towel on the seat, but I cover the steering wheel with a towel so I can touch it when I want to leave. Two days last week I didn't even put the top down and used the AC instead!
Now THAT'S hot!!!

It felt soooo good yesterday when it only got up to 90!!

It's 90 or so today in Philly and feels like a cold snap. Seriously, this weather is ridiculous.
