Guess another congrats is in order.
Thank you.

Nina will be one year old on April 23rd. David will be here on June 9th or so.

He will likely be called by his middle name, which will be Noel.

Now my sleep can go from three hours a night to one.

But it will be worth it.

Thanks.

Thanks.

I honestly thought I had mentioned it here somewhere already, but if I have not, I apologize for being remiss.

So here is a picture from a lil while back (she got her mother's face and her father's feet):

OK, Heavenly Ham and Devil Dogs does NOT deliver anymore.

So of course I made an order and went down and picked it up.

You know how crack gets you all screwed up because you just can't get enough, you know...crack?

The pastrami Reuben I just had is sort of like crack, I guess.

Holeee crap, do I need a NAP!

And on top of that, the excellent fellow there gave me a recommendation for "great Chinese food in Sarasota."

He seemed legit, so I am going to try it.

Hope it's better than..........Mak's.

Trip report to follow, in a week or so, after I have digested this Reuben.

Rushmore,

OMgosh! Thank you for sharing that pic; she is a beautiful little girl and what a pretty red sweater she's sporting. It's been so long since I've held a baby, seeing that picture makes me want to talk my daughter into having another just so I can wiggle some tiny toes coo at it, make silly faces and at the end of the day, turn it back over to it's rightful owner.

Was out running around, and was going back to Jim's bakery, but noticed 4+20 English Pasty Shop on Swift and figured why not?

Sure, the banger I had was delicious and a bit greasy and whatnot, and the apricot/peach turnover was less sweet than we Americans tend to go for, but it's a very nice, clean little shop, with a very friendly proprietess, and if it hadn't been 9AM, I assuredly would have gotten a Shepherd's Pie or even a Steak and Kidney pie.

A nice find, I'd say.
