"HERITAGE HARBOUR -- A law firm representing the Lighthouse Cove at Heritage Harbour homeowners association has offered to drop a lawsuit against the community's south development district if it will change the way its calculates property taxes."
The Lighthouse Cove lawsuit is in addition to the one filed last year by Stoneybrook Investors LLC, which essentially owns the Stoneybrook golf course.
