I'm looking at making an offer on a short sale. Does anyone know any companies that clean homes and have an estimate to have it done. House is a little dirty. Also, wondering if anyone has recomendations and estimates for painters. The sq ft is about 2700sq ft.

maybe it's a little premature to do this just yet. It could take you months to get an approval on a short sale. Once you are close to closing on it you'll have plenty of time. good luck

Absolutely agree. WAY too early for this. He could go through 20 short sale offers before getting approval on one

It doesn't hurt to get quotes ahead of time to get an idea of what your expenses are going to be. Most buyers want to know what it will cost to do repairs and maintenace on a home they are looking into purchasing. So painting and cleaning are part of that. Call and get a couple of estimates so that you have an idea. Your Realtor should be able to give you some people to contact too.

Thanks. That's exactly what I'm looking for. It helps with determining what my cost will be before I make the offer. This way I can see what I'm getting into. BTW, this is only some of the things I need to look into. It's easier to find the vendors for other issues. These seem to be a little harder to find, and yes my realtor has suggested someone, but want to be able to price it out.
