Located in North Venice off of Laurel Rd on the east side of I-75. More inland. Community is fairly new and not fully developed.

Has single family homes and villas. Close to I-75, not very developed yet. Not sure of financial status of community being so new with very few homes to contribute to HOA. It is also right next to a strip mall, within walking distance. When I viewed homes there, it gave more of a city feel than a resort or Florida feel.

Beautiful community, established, resort style amenities, lots to do. Close to Venice for shopping, restaurants, beaches. I have sold a couple of homes there and one of my buyers is currently having a home built there. No complaints so far about the builder.
You can read reviews on the home builders using the Better Business Bureau web site and Angie’s List.
