Personally I think it is great and hope it stays great. I doubt we will ever see stuff get as high as it did before it dropped. Maybe prime stuff right on the gulf??

This is the kind of talk I will never understand. Are you saying that property values will NEVER reach the levels of ten-fifteen years ago? You do realize of course that a cup of coffee used to cost a nickel, right?
My point is that property values absolutely WILL reach those levels again. The only questions are WHEN and exactly how much will a dollar be worth by that time?
