I was wondering, are monitor lizards and boa constrictors a big problem in the city of Sarasota and Venice ?

They're not a problem at all...unless you have chihuahuas in your yard. then they could be a problem.

i see lizards every time we go to venice. they are wearing pale blue leisure suits in the evening and short shorts pulled up as high as they go with sandles and socks during the day. they are notorious for hitting the fast lane at half the posted speed.

and it seems they have crawled out of their holes earlier this year than in past ones. looks to be about a month sooner. good luck getting reservations or a drs appt. and be ready to pay more for the meal since it is in season.
