For electric in Bradenton you will have FPL one of the cheapest electric providers in Florida & trust me I've had some over the top ones but I love FPL.. Water billing is done via your apartment community & they use creative billing methods to say the least & be polite.. Landline ?? Not sure I would recommend one since Florida has the highest taxed landline bills in the country next to NYC.. I miss Bradenton but apartments are hit & miss unless you want to go for the big bucks & while I loved Palm Cove of Bradenton I detested the Palmetto bug issue & those water/sewer bills..

I would feel remiss as an animal rescue person if I didn't pass along this info too.. Florida animal law does not allow dogs to be left unattended in cars even if you crack the window open. It gets hot & muggy here in So Florida & dogs die of heatstroke very quickly, animal rescue people & Manatee Animal Control take that very seriously. I had to call them many times about dogs left in cars while the owners went somewhere else & there is a fine for that.. So just a heads up on furbaby safety..
