My daughter had baby in July and the pediatrician she anticipated using in her regular doctor's practice moved to another location right when the baby was born...so they have been using their regular familiy practice doctor and that is not really working out...the doctor apparently is out several days a week and she has seen nurse practitioner the last two times she has been in when the baby has had a persistant ear infection...

I can highly recommend Ted Mayer he's on the southside of downtown Sarasota, on the US41, not far from Publix on Bay street
