We are long time renters in SRQ! Now looking to rent an unfurnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the following buildings:

Condo on the Bay (888 or 988 Boulevard of the Arts)
The ALINARI
The RENAISSANCE
The REGENCY
1350 Main Street
The RIVO
Marina Tower
100 or 50 Central Avenue
Bay Plaza
Waterside

or something comparable to any of the above.

We have no children, no pets and are looking for a long term lease (2-3years or longer).

Thanks for any help!

I think 1350 Main would be ideal because of the location. It is dead on Main Street with views of Sarasota Bay and walkable to all of downtown and Marina Jack.

The Alinari would be out for me because I don't like the location. It is a little too far north for me.

I always enviously sigh at Marina Plaza.

get your self a good realtor. the advice you get here on city data is marginal at best some times. you throw it out there and get responses from people that have no idea what they are talking about. they post only to act like they are more than they are and to get their posting count up. someone that lives in a run down house in an inland housing development can hardly give advice on what you are looking for. kind of like someone that drives an old rundown mercedes giving advice on some one wanting to buy a new loaded pickup.

What is your budget? I've only worked with Hank Rossi and he has high end units.

Rossi and Company - Sarasota Rental Properties - Sarasota Vacation Rentals

Because the monthly association fees are so high in those buildings, rentals are very high.

Good luck and please invite me over for the housewarming!!
