Thats probably the best advice i've heard yet. I forgot about doing that type of research. I'll make sure check the properties. I wouldn't want to rent from someone that could loose there own. Then i'd end up screwed.
That sucks to loose power, Are you in Sarasota? How is tampa? The girlfriend wants to get into the school in Tampa and the town/area looks pretty nice from what i can tell by looking online at least. I'll be checking it out probably here soon. I'm planning a trip for the first or second week of August to checkout Florida.
