I have T-Mobile and while I do not live in Lakewood Ranch, I live very close by and we are in and out of Lakewood Ranch all the time. Reception is always good, no dead zones. By the way, they now have some great plans for $50 - $70 for unlimited service and best of all, no contracts.

I tried them a few years back and couldn't take it for more than a few days! As you may know, I spend most of my time in LWR and live here. I use AT&T and have been very happy with them.
