Looking to move to East Bradenton, East of 75, North of 64. We are interested in subdivisions like Braden River Lakes or similar-We are on a somewhat restricted budget-homes no more than 250. Either that or Parrish, but not WAYYY out there. NO CDD Communities, not Lakewood Ranch. Any tips would be great!

You need to go to the Tampa forum , by the way Bradenton is a nice middle class family area ..... I grew up there

I have checked the crime rates there and it looks like they have gone up from years ago... I do not have any first hand knowledge of the area, but that's just what I know based upon research. The only way to know though is to witness it yourself in person.
