The Villages at Beekman Place were built in the 1990's, if I recall correctly the builder was Gibralter Homes. It's divided into 5 neighborhoods, some are townhomes, others are single family homes but they are governed similar to a condo association. My observation of the townhomes is that some of the rooms don't get enough sunlight, appear dark even during the day. The "single family" homes that I have been in are the typical contemporary FL homes/layouts. There's a guardhouse at the entrance but it has never been manned.
