My family and I are working on a vacation/rental property. Just stinks, I know my kids would be so much happier down there. Winter is coming already up here, which means 4 months of being stuck indoors.

I totally agree with that! We are outdoors people and already getting upset with the sudden temp change ! We get now 8 months of cool--cold weather and 4 months of warm weather
