There are a number of local bars in both Sarasota and Bradenton that have Halloween parties and events during the last 2 weeks of October. As we get closer to the time, many of those events get posted to various web sites with local events calendars.

From last year's downtown block party, by the Gator Club and other venues nearby venues. they have it every year, I went the year before I had a blast. But be warned it gets quite crowed. I haven't decided if I'm going this year just yet.
