Ok, dp, I think we are done here. It's too sad for me to watch someone self-destruct like this.

I like the idea of putting a fork in this whole debate and calling it done. I think everyone knows where everyone stands, and even immature snickering gets old. I am willing to shut up if the cabal crap is dropped.

It is going on now. It started October 3rd and runs through November 23rd. If you are not familiar with LWR, I recommend that you go to the visitor center on University just east of the Lake Osprey/Market Street light. They are not pushy and you can get a wealth of info by watching their presentation.

Thank you BBronston,
Are the homes on the tour all spec homes or models, been to LWR two years ago, watched the presentation and ran out of time after falling in love with a nice floor plan , we (had to drag the hubs by the scruff) didn't want to buy there because of the CCD fees but I would love to do the tour l

The tour is self-directed meaning that you can stop into the center and pick up a guide which will contain a map and photos/descriptions of the models. You are right, the tour is a tour of the current models. Even if you have no interest in LWR or a new build, it's still fun to see the newest trends and decorating ideas. I don't know if they still offer it (you could ask at the center) but they used to also offer a behind the scenes ranch tour that I found extremely interesting. If you don't like CDDs (Community Development Districts) but you like a builder or a floor plan, talk to the builder reps to see if they are able to assist you elsewhere. It happens.

I haven't been yet. Spending a lot of time with turbo tax. Our taxes are on extension and have to be filed by Oct 15. Yikes. I swear learning how to file an extension was the worst thing I ever did.

I am going to reward myself with the tour when I finish.
