ok So you are comfortable talking publicly about employees dissatisfaction but not your own. I think that is unfair because it taints the builders reputation without any information. But to each their own. It also does not make sense to me how you are having such a bad experience if your super was so exceptional.

High turn over with employees in any field doesn't always indicate it's a bad thing. Could be the employer holds his employees to a higher standard and the ones that can't handle the pressure will often bad mouth a past employer? As for the quality of JCH, I can't speak for recent homes as I haven't dealt with them but years ago they had an excellent rep.

I work with several builders in CC East. John Cannon Homes will build you a quality home and stand behind it. They provide a rare 2 year warranty. I consider them a premier contractor compared to some of their competitors. Always get to know your superintendent. Let them know what you expect and help them catch potential problems before they become real problems and you should have a good experience.

We are under construction at the moment with a so called qualified "Signature Builder" and experience zero quality with them so far. Our new neighbors are going have gone through the same what we are experience at this moment. Poor workmanship a lot of installs have to be done over during warranty time....like ripping 2000 sqf tile and replace them..

I'd be interested in knowing which builder is giving you the trouble. PM me if you prefer.

funny how we never heard anything from the poster about the exact reasons they are dissatisfied. Several times he/she/it? was asked for specific reasons but all we got were complaints from dissatisfied former employees. Sounds like an angry troll to me.
