I understand the need for rigorous pest control outside & inside a Florida home but what is the recommended method when considering pets. Currently we have two mostly indoor cats & may ad a dog later.

yes, they are, but they won't do anything for the pets when they are outdoors.

Agree with Photoman, it is a plus--in wall pest control. We use Hughes Pest Control and they come out every quarter for around $90. Then we have the termite bait system as well. The initial service for this was $550 and then it's $350 per year to keep the bait stations filled. We did, however, have active termites when we purchased our home.

Agreed to photoman, if pets are indoor as you should said, get a dog later. A dog should create problems.
