Is https://ags2.scgov.net/sarcoflood/ working for anyone to look up the new flood maps for Sarasota County? I've tried to look up several recently that are definitely in SC and they just don't come up.

For example:
5142 BALMOR TERRACE, NORTH PORT, FL 34288

https://www.floodsmart.gov/floodsmart/ brings them up - no problem but not the other.

??

City of North Port flood zone requests - City of North Port, FL : Is My Property in a Flood Zone?

One of the City Engineers did a presentation at our Board of Realtors. They will eventually have an online site to use which has the updated flood maps. It has been an extensive project.

Below is the current flood zone information for 5142 Balmor as of 12/15/14. I used to live in that neighborhood on Pinson. Are you looking to buy there. It is a nice neighborhood. I still have many friends that live there.

So that's an X? We would seriously consider it but I suspect it'll be gone by the time we get down there. That's certainly along the line of what we'd be looking for though. Loved the outbuilding, it'd be perfect for my wifes jewelry business!
