Question, is there anyway to find out the price of a foreclosure (thru Wells Fargo) that isn't listed on MLS yet? The house is in our neighbourhood and could be something of interest but didn't know if a Agent could find out info> TIA

Already searched there and it wasn't listed. Thanks though!

You can check the property appraisal website (Search) Enter the address and find out who owns it. You can also check if a foreclosure notice was given if you go through the records.

Go to the property appraiser and type in the address and get the owners names:
SC-PA.com - Home

Go to the online records and search that name for a lis pendes record and find that date of the auction:
SARASOTA : Clerk of Circuit Court & County Comptroller

With that date go here and find it on the calendar. Lately, most of them have been going back to the bank. Ive been on this site for years with my investors, tracking down properties. I dont recommend going it alone. Ive seen a lots of people burned. They homes can have liens and a myriad of other issues. Hope this helps

Thank you so much! The house is in Bradenton but worked with going to the Manatee property appraiser and Manatee Clerk. We would definitely get a real estate attorney if we go forward with this.

The bank owner of the property will not sell to you before it is exposed to the general market, either through a regular listing with an agent or through auction.

Yours is a common misconception that you can get foreclosure property before it is available to the general public. The banks want market prices for their properties.
