Like many others we are tired of cold winters, I fly down to the Cape area every other month and stay for a couple of weeks,, We are now looking to rent in this area. Leary of Craigslist ads because we are so afraid that we might get scammed with a foreclosed home. We are thinking about going through an agency to help us find a place. Please may I have your feedback of who you used and who to avoid? Thank you
