The cheapest we found so far is State Insurance. We got 4 quotes before going with them and the price was very reasonable. Did everything over the phone and by email, super simple.

State Insurance is an independent insurance company, several offices. Basically they shop your policy around and see who gives you the best price. Key insurance handled mine but you can get similar results with either. In our case, it was Florida Peninsula. In windstorm areas, you have limited choices. Companies like State Farm, etc generally don't provide coverage along the coast.
