I folks I was hoping that someone may be able to point me in the direction of condos that are in auction, foreclosure or good deal. We like lots of light, near water (doesn't have to be ocean but access is nice) access to pool and 3 bdrms is possible. Can't take another winter in Madison WI

I suggest you rent first-- I have a nice gated complex you can look into. My sister lives there (she's renting but looking to own there). Its very quiet, well kept and only about 15minutes from the beach. It's almost NW Bradenton, but not quite. There is a super Walmart and Albertson nearby, along with Churches and schools. I live across the street in a dump apartment and am contemplating the move thier also. It's The Palms of Cortez in Bradenton. There are many units for sale from what she tells me, they also have many for rent for reasonable prices. A 2BR goes for about 900/mnth, and I know they have 3Br available (we asked for our own purpose). Many of them have nice lake views. Its a very open, serene complex..
