I've seen it; they have to build there because the brave residents in the HOA's have no where to shop & getting on I-75 heading south towards the next exit at Ellenton is a freaking nightmare. Between the 7 a.m to 10 a.m. early morning commute full of accidents and the same starting at 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Heads up, FYI there will be similar exit configuration to University exit destined for Clark Road to the south.

I would like to hear of Florida Department of Transportation's plans for traffic signals for the Interstate 75 ramps at Moccasin Wallow Road. Entering or exiting Interstate 75 is a disaster.

Why would they get on 75 instead of taking Buffalo to 69th St. to Erie to 301?
