Is this post a joke? We haven't even had weather in the 30s so far. It's been pretty mild overall IMO.

Colder the better - most people I talk to down here HATE the summers....and look forward to opening the windows or taking a nice walk without sweating.

This is perfect winter weather.....while it may not be perfect for swimming in the (currently polluted) Gulf, it's best for most everything else.

We've hardly had either the heat or A/C on in the last month. That's the sign of good weather!

Oh yes, I totally enjoy walking to the clubhouse at 5 a.m. to hit the gym at 43 degrees ~ it won't last long & gives me a chance to wear a winter coat.

It is the below normal daytime highs along with excessive winds that get me.

Last winter we were hardly ever even down to 'average' daytime highs, so this is a great correction.

Not a fan of wind either, but except for a couple days I don't think it's been too bad.

I think I would be okay with it if there was not as much wind as we are experiencing.

I can't wait until we're there permanently next winter. I honestly can't wait to feel cold at 50-60 degrees! It's currently -9 with a "feels like" of -19. We bought a home in August and will be moving this fall! Yay!

You'll get spoiled quickly, as you can tell by all the comments. I've only been here 2 years and I'm already groaning about anything below 60 degrees and any winds 10+ mph.
