Kind of like having a pool, or several bedrooms, or a larger yard, or maintenance costs....

well, my opinion is just some of these so-called amenities are plainly overpriced in the scheme of things, but to each his own - in some cases I've seen, the buyers are being hosed in terms of ROI

the question is whether the amenities etc etc are in line with the COSTS, and how are the CDD fees are accurately calculated - which I sincerely DOUBT
