So you are looking to own the land the mobile home is on in a suburban setting, or more land in a rural setting? Do schools and jobs matter? Proximity to beach? Airport?

There are abut a dozen mobile home communities (lots) in the Sarasota - Manatee county area that might have something in your price range but most if not all of them are 55+ parks, so age restricted. Plus the lots are small and the mobile homes at that price point generally very old. They typically are sold to cash buyers as lenders don't want to touch loans on those old mobile homes unless there's enough value in the land.

If by land you mean acreage, to get a mobile home on land in either of these counties that is outside of a MH park, most of the restrictions would mean buying one on five acres or more, and those will run $200k and up. You might try looking out towards Myakka City for those.
