Ahh yes, still searching.. like Parrish alot but concerned about the area..
Sarasota is just to expensive, Bradenton to yucky (I live there now) going to East Btown, it's either too expensive or the yards/homes are too small! Love Myakka but it's just too far to commute to B'town. Any NON deed restricted areas that I can look into, with newer homes, and lots of land that aren't too far away?? I think Im looking for something that's not out there.. Just trying to explore every possible option..

I think so too. Unless you find a stand alone custom home you are not going to find a newer home that is not in a gated community with an HOA that is also close to town.

Northwest Bradenton has the larger homes on the larger lots, but they come with a much larger price tag.

Have u looked in greyhawk landings that is where i live on a half acre and houses are beautiful and you are away from the west side

Yes, I love Greyhawk, sadly though, we are not wealthy enough to afford a home there! Our budget for a home is around 220.. Thank you though : )
