Ah, CVP, haven't you realized yet that NOTHING you've said or can say will keep us Yanks away? As I said before, we're used to way more overcrowding, traffic, high taxes, etc. than you can threaten us with, so that doesn't scare us! But, oh, that sunshine, and those beaches, and the year-round warm weather... you can't argue against that! And with so many of us encroaching on your territory, we really don't have to worry about you not welcoming us with open arms. We have each other! I do what's right for *me*, not *you*. Now, if you don't like it, then as Joshan said, maybe it's time for you to start looking at one of those other wonderful States you've been pushing on everyone else -- Georgia, the Carolinas, Alabama... I'm sure you could find an acre or two that you can have all to yourself so you wouldn't have to be bothered by the likes of us northerners, and, um, likewise!

Believe it or not, you're not the only person who lives there. I have 2 cousins, 5 close friends, and 2 retired co-workers who live down there and not only love it, but encourage me to join them. They say living there is like being on vacation every day. So, give me one good reason why I should listen to a C-D stranger's opinion over those of my loved ones?
