I have 3 questions:

1) Will it be warm enough to swim in the ocean the last week of March?

2) What are some good restaurants to eat at?

3) Recommendations for wave runners/jet ski rentals?

Always usually go to Miramar beach/Destin which I feel is gonna be hard to beat but hoping for an equivalent.

1. Yes. Air is low to mid 80s. Last I chnecked, gulf temp was in the low 70s.
2. Summer House or Ophelias for higher end on the key. The Hub, SKOB or MVP for casual.
3. Siesta Key has been rated #1 for many years for a reason, so I didn't think you will be disappointed. I'm in Destin for the first time this week. It is cute and quaint. haven't had a chance to check out the area much, but comparing beaches SK hands down.

I spent the month of February in the SK area. I swam in the ocean the last two weeks and it was fine so I suspect you will have no problem with the temps in late March.
