River Road was supposed to begin construction in January...February 2nd, I have not seen a thing, have you?
I avoid it as much as possible, so maybe I just have not gone that way in a while, and missed it
I hope widening and extending the I-75 exit ramp coming from Sarasota is part of it. That ramp is backing up all the way to where it begins, & that is VERY dangerous.

The design looks nice, but the overall width of it will certainly impact residential properties/homeowners along that corridor.Are Realtors fiduciaries? Are they legally compelled to tell prospective buyers about this, or be liable in a lawsuit?
