Tuba concert? I looked it up, and see that Merry Tuba is a thing and has been going on for a while. And not just in Venice. All over. I'll be darned. I'll check it out.

What's the over/under of most of the attendees being in the senior citizen/snowbird set?

With rain scheduled I'd drop the mean down by 30pts to 52, unless you are counting the performers which will skew it higher and probably bring it back up to 70. Of course as mentioned I've never been to one of these concerts so don't put any money on it.

If the wife and I and a friend do go we'll be right at the mode.

I’d say my over under, taking into account that it was not raining, was accurate. Looks like it came in at about a 71.4235 average for Merry Tuba.
The sounds of all tuba is really a treat in this world. One of my new year’s resolutions will be to listen to more tuba music.

The contrast of that mini tuba concert and later walking down Venice ave and hearing two rockers playing very loud drums and amplified guitar doing a rolling stones song outside the ice cream shop was pretty unpleasant. Ain’t there some sort of noise/nuisance ordinance for music played that loud on the street?
