Ice Skating at the Rink at UTC, University Town Center mall in Sarasota. Open Mon - Fri 4 - 10 pm, Sat & Sun 11 am - 10 pm.





THURSDAY - SATURDAY

Christmas in Pinecraft Arts & Crafts Festival -- many hand crafted items, quilts, furniture. 3737 Bahia Vista in Sarasota, 9 am - 4 pm.

Englewood Beach Water Fest -- offshore boat racing Sat & Sun, pre-race party Thurs, block party Fri.

Holiday Movies Under the Stars -- free movies, UTC Mall west district (by Fords Garage), starts 7 pm.

All American Womens Baseball Classic Tournament -- Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota. Games Fri 3 & 6 pm, Sat 10 am & 1 pm, Sun 10 am & 1 pm.




SATURDAY

Sarasota Farmers Market -- downtown at Lemon & Main, 7 am - 1 pm.

Central Sarasota Farmers Market -- corner Proctor & Beneva, 8 am - 1 pm.

Bradenton Farmers Market -- on Old Main Street (400 12th St W), 9 am - 2 pm.

Venice Farmers Market -- at the City Hall, 401 W Venice Ave, 8 am - 1 pm.
Summer Hours: 8 am - noon.

Storybook Nutcracker the Musical -- Tree Fort Productions, 3501 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, 3 pm, $20/adult.

Suncoast Kids Extravaganza -- food trucks, bounce house, pony rides, petting zoo, etc. Children play all day wrist bands $20/ea, parents attend free with child. Ellenton Premium Outlets, 11 am - 5 pm.

Fall Art Show & Sale -- Lakewood Ranch's Town Hall, 9 am - 4 pm, free admission.

Grilled Cheese Festival -- food trucks on site will be offering grilled cheese specialties, music, beer garden, kids activities. Cool Today Park, West Villages, 11 am - 6 pm.

Gamble Creek Farm's Harvest Festival -- live music, games, pumpkins, food. 9 am - 12 pm, 14950 Golf Course Rd, Parrish.

Fisherman's Village Lighting of the Village -- advertising over 1 million lights, music, Santa, 5 - 9 pm, Punta Gorda.

Light Up Bradenton Beach -- lighting ceremony of the Bridge Street Christmas tree, carol singing, hot chocolate, 5:30 - 8:30 pm, on Anna Maria Island.



SATURDAY & SUNDAY

Sarasota Medieval Fair -- each weekend in November. Fair maidens, knights, jesters & more. Woods of Mallaranny in Myakka City - State Rd 70 approx 13 miles east of I-75. 10 am - 5:30 pm. Varied ticket prices, free parking.

Suncoast Renaissance Festival -- Medieval village, actors, crafts, food, demonstrations 10 am - 6 pm, various ticket prices, Sarasota County Fairgrounds.

Sarasota Fall Fine Arts Festival -- booths by artisan vendors, J D Hamel Park, 10 am - 5 pm.

Sarasota Fine Arts Show -- Phillippi Estate Park in Sarasota, 10 am - 5 pm, free admission, parking $5.

Lakewood Ranch Farmers Market -- Waterside Place, 10 am - 2 pm.

The Meadows Farmers Market -- At the Meadows shopping village off Honore, 10 am - 2 pm.

Wellen Park Farmers Market -- 9 am - 1 pm.

Polo at Lakewood Ranch -- 2023 season is over, back next winter.

The Ski-A-Rees Water Ski Show -- free show, starts 2 pm, 1602 Ken Thompson Pkwy by Mote
Last show of this season.

Sundays at the Bay -- free performance by various artists at The Oval on the Bay, 4 - 5:30 pm.

Siesta Key Beach Drum Circle -- free event, people gather about an hour before sunset.

Mannheim Steamroller's Christmas Show -- Van Wezel, 7 pm, ticket info at www.vanwezel.org

Jazz on the Water -- Marina Jack II Cruise on the bay, live jazz music, 2 - 4 pm, $40/adult.

Santa Paws -- pet owners can have their 4 legged loved ones pictures taken with Santa Clause at UTC mall, 6:30 - 8 pm, lower level in the Grand Court. Pets must have proof of vaccinations & be on leash or in pet carriers.

Ponies Under the Palms Car Show -- all Ford powered cars and trucks, Lakewood Ranch's Main Street, 8 am - 3:30 pm, fundraising event.



THANKSGIVING DAY

FL Turkey Trot -- 5K run/walk 8 am, kids dash 7:15 am, registration $20 - $35, fundraiser, Nathan Benderson Park, Sarasota.

Knights of Columbus Dinner -- sit down dinner at 2 pm, open to the public but must do reservations at (941) 321-0415 by 11/20, 512 Substation Rd, Venice.
