I didn't see where anyone listed the Ale House.
It has a great seafood medley and lots of other yummy dishes
to choose from.
It's one of my favorite places. It's a little loud but the food is great.

If you like Italian family-style, check out DEMETRIOS on 41, south of bee ridge. (west side of the road). My parents live on Siesta Key - Dad loves the place, mom prefers Cafe L'Europe (but she doesn't pay... ).

Would love to hear about everything from local dives to relatively nice (but family-friendly) restaurants.

Thanks in advance folks! Really appreciate it.

Pop's Sunset Grill

112 Circuit Rd, Nokomis, FL 34275
On the water and fun for the whole family!!! Come watch the dolphins frolic and the fish jump (oh, don't forget to watch the sunset). Across the bridge on Nokomis Beach you can go to the Drummer's Circle (dancing, drumming and playing instruments, bet you can't keep your foot from tapping) which is also a fun thing to do. This is a Wednesday and Saturday night event starts aroun 6:30 -7 and goes until after sunset.

Another great Restaurant is Pelican Alley (is known to be haunted) you ca eat outside or in, it's right next door to Pop's.
