Hi we are thinking of buying a vacation home in the routunda area. Can we instruct an agent to act for us and get a good deal?. Any advice on how to get the best deal would be welcome we would be looking to rent it out when we are not using the home on a weekly basis. We are in the UK and plan to come out next month.
