Yep its more money so that's all I need!! Ahh don't feel to bad about not selling.. we got stuck into renting the dump we are in for another year, we just don't know where to buy! It's such a huge investment and there is so much to still learn and we've been here two years. We decided on a townhouse for a first time buy, not in Parrish either. While we love the area, it's just too undeveloped for us just yet. Plus, my job is now in Sarasota so that's an issue too. You're fine just waiting for things to pick up. Things are NOT getting better here as far as the market and jobs are concerned!
