Doorbell rang this morning here in NP and there was a heavily accented spanish fellow trying to sell me a Palm tree. He had a truck full of them. They looked good but where did they come from? Anyone else seeing door to door sales of unusual items?

Depends on how cheap he's selling them for. I would think they might get some takers. I noticed my neighbors just planted a few nice foxtails. Now I'm wondering if they bought them from the mysterious palm tree salesman.

He was on my street (east Englewood) about 10 days ago selling royal palms. Gold teeth (him, not the palms :-). No sale to me or my neighbors.
