Woodmere is that the Apartments? Are they selling them as Condos? I use to live there years ago, if that is the Woodmere I am thinking of.

So we visited the area this past weekend and have another contract. I feel pretty good about this one. Smaller and older complex, not a conversion. It has restrictions on rentals, so the inverstor rate should be OK. I talked with a board member and he said there is a less than a 2% foreclosure rate. Inspection went good and the financing is moving ahead. With any luck we will be in by the third week of May.
