A family that's new in town asked me about The Oaks communities in Osprey. I just don't know. Can anyone tell me if it's mostly older folks or if there is a decent mix? They are young with 2 kids in middle school. It's close to our school and seems very private, both of which appeal to them.

Hey Jnanner, look in the PV directory and you'll see a bunch of PV kids listed in The Oaks. It's really close to the school. I would say 2nd grade and higher for kids in The Oaks. Since PV starts then. I know o bunch of seniors that live in there and my 7th grader has four friends that live in there.
