I know that I posted when it was 12 days away...but I really am excited and I feel like everyone I know up here just doesn't understand and doesn't want to hear it. I have moved my fair share of times in my life but this time I am really finding out who my friends are, you know? Something about moving 1200 miles away, I don't know what it is, makes people stop talking to you. So I knew you guys would appreciate and know why we are moving! I can't wait to be down there!!!

Yes, we are moving to North Port....everyone up here is telling us that we are moving at THE worst time to go to florida...no one understands, and then no one wants to listen about WHY we are moving. It's a shame....I am sad that things are unfolding up here in PA as they are, but then again, it just reinforces that we are making the right decision. We are very excited and can't wait to get into the new house.

You're going to love it, and you can always go back and visit.
PA is nice around the End of September, and around Christmas time just to see some snow. And it won't take long to get your fill of that, although you do need a little now and then.

Ah... they're just jealous. People always have to try and make you feel bad when YOU get to do something they would love to do. Ignore them. Like you say, you're finding out who your true friends are. They're the ones that are happy for you. You'll make tons of new friends in Nort Port. We've only met a few of them once or twice AND we are STILL up north, but we still consider them friends, and hope and assume we'll STILL be friends by the time we get to move down there! I'm jealous of you too!!
