My husband and I are planning on moving to sarasota hopefully very quickly. I am applying to East West College and we are looking for a house. We have to sell our home in Nashville but we are coming down for a week on the 22nd of June. I would like someone who would be good to work with long distance and is good at finding good deals. Thanks for your advice. Also if anyone knows anything about East West College, I would love to hear it too.

I bought last year, and live in MD. If you want some that really calibrates what you need and knows the area very well, she is the one you want to contact. She has relationships with all the support teams you might need, whether it is inspection firms, surveyors, insurance companies, internet support, extensiveknowledge of the area, schools, other activities, landscaping and trees, you name it - she is the best!

Use a buyers agent who lives in or near the area you are looking at as he/she never lists property and you will then get real independent representation,especially if she or he works for a brokerage which does not list property. No nothing of your college@!
