We are moving to the sarasota area in august and are hoping to buy a house or condo but because we have never even been there before it is so hard to know where to start looking. Since it is all happening so quickly we may need to rent for the first 6-12 months... is there a company there that helps people find a place to rent or do you have to just research it on your own? We are coming down there from tennessee on monday for a week and are really needing some help learning about the better areas so we can find something as quickly as possible. It would be helpful to have someone who could educate us on all of the areas rather than us just driving around and trying to judge it on our own.
