.....what about it? It seems liek a nice area, but I can't tell if it is family friendly or most for the older golfing set. Any thoughts?

Good question. It seems more established than other locations, so I would think the complexes in there are more stable and less subject to short sales and foreclosures. Anyone - am I right?
